It’s been a little longer than I’d hoped, but your humble scribe is here to announce the impending release of book two of The Forthenby Chronicles.

The Forthenby Ladies

Will be officially beginning on the site on

Wednesday 15th October

Whereupon, usual weekly updates will resume.

It picks up immediately where The Forthenby Inheritance ended, and deals with the aftermath of Teddy’s unplanned proposal. Ever-so-slightly more sombre in tone than the previous volume, it deals with consequences, the long term effect of trauma, and the dangerous line between fantasy and reality. As before, content notes will be updated weekly with the relevant warnings.

However, at its heart, this chronicle is a romantic comedy, so in addition to darker themes expect a cast of new characters and caricatures, some sizzlingly dirty sex scenes, and a healthy dose of nonsense.
